These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cititec’s website and services. By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

Attempt to breach or disable our systems
Submit false or harmful content or support requests
Share login credentials without authorisation

3. Service Engagement

All services are subject to a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines responsibilities and response times.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices exclude GST unless stated. Services auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days prior to expiry. Early termination requires immediate fee payment.

5. Warranty Information

Products include manufacturer warranties. Cititec provides no additional warranties unless specified.

6. Delivery of Goods

Delivery times are estimates only. Refused deliveries are the customer’s responsibility. Cititec is not liable for losses where 'Authority to Leave' is used.

7. Intellectual Property

All tools and documentation remain the property of Cititec or our licensors, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools. You must comply with their terms of use where applicable.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Cititec is not liable for third-party issues, data loss without backup, or indirect damages. Liability is capped at the product’s purchase price.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes fall under its jurisdiction.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment without fees. Fees may apply once goods are in transit.

12. Vouchers & Certificates

Vouchers are valid for 12 months and not redeemable for cash.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
